4. Talk with a friend or relative that you trust about what is going on.
5. Seek medical attention if you are injured.
6. Ask our Hotline to help you create a safety plan to keep you and/or your children safe.
7. Remember you are not alone, and it is not your fault. If you or someone you know is being abused, call for help immediately. Call 911, or, if in Marin County, CA, call one of our Hotline numbers above.
